On-Call Appraisal Services

Cecil County, Maryland ("County") invites written Proposals from firms that have requisite, demonstrable competence and experience in providing professional services necessary to appraise real and/or personal property, rights of way and/or easements as required by the various departments/divisions of the County on as as-needed basis. Qualified firms, either singly or in joint venture or other legal arrangements (collectively, the “Firm” or “Consultant”) must have the requisite, demonstrated competence and experience in, and a thorough knowledge of, the appraisal services required.

The County is seeking to obtain a pool of qualified firms; firms may be assigned various projects at the discretion of the department director. This RFP does not guarantee work. Work shall be assigned on an as-needed basis and at that time, the County shall request an estimate from the firm.

The County invites Proposals, from qualified firms, with demonstrated experience in the professional services necessary to appraise real and/or personal property, rights of way and/or easements, as required by various departments/divisions.

By issuing this RFP, the County makes known its intent to contract and commence this project at the beginning of the County's fiscal year. However, the County makes no commitment to proceed with the services based on a specific start date.
