Overview
Summary

The East Side Commerce Corridor in the City of Jackson, Michigan includes Page Avenue (from City Limits to Elm), Elm Avenue (from Elm to Washington) and Washington Avenue (from Elm to Cooper Street). The City of Jackson has been selected for a FY 2025 U.S. Department of Transportation Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant for the street construction along the East Side Commerce Corridor. The RAISE grant will be administered through the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and will include full depth pavement reconstruction with new concrete curb and gutter, pavement milling and HMA resurfacing, permanent signing upgrades and traffic signal replacement at the intersection of Page and Elm. The City of Jackson will fund water main and sanitary sewer construction to be completed in conjunction grant-funded street construction.
