SaskEnergy Customer Experience/Product Satisfaction Research Competition
May 2025

The Government of Saskatchewan requires an experienced full service, primary research suppliers for a customer experience and product satisfaction research program for SaskEnergy Incorporated and its wholly owned subsidiary TransGas Limited.

Interested firms must demonstrate:
• Expertise in customer experience and product satisfaction research and measurement, including data collection, advanced data analysis, reporting of results, and comprehensive consulting;
• Professional experience in conducting corporate research for private and public corporations, including large corporations, and the Crown sector;
• Strong data collection and analysis capabilities;
• The ability to comply with privacy and regulatory requirements and the diligent safeguard of all SaskEnergy data/information; and that data is stored in Canada.

It is an asset if firms also demonstrate experience in or have:
• Ownership of or access to a large online panel representative of Saskatchewan residents; and
• Knowledge of SaskEnergy products and services and the gas utility sector.

Additional Information:

Companies interested in pursuing this account should submit a brief letter of intent (not exceeding two pages). The letter should specifically articulate why your experience and capabilities relative to the criteria above make your firm the best choice for this account. Please include two client references who can speak to your ability in the criteria above. Also, bidding firms must identify any intent to use subcontractors and include a description of the scope of services. From the responses, a shortlist of firms will be developed. These firms will be asked to prepare a proposal and may be asked to demonstrate their capability in an in-person presentation to a selection panel.

Letters of intent should be marked “Company Name - SaskEnergy Research Competition" and must be received by email to commtenders@gov.sk.ca no later than 11:00 a.m. Saskatchewan time, Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
