Preventive Maintenance of Generators and Ancillary Equipment
Description:

The NYS Office of Mental Health and New York City Children’s Center – Brooklyn Campus are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Generator & Ancillary Equipment at the Brooklyn Campus located at 1819 Bergen Street, Brooklyn, NY 11233

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 9:00 AM ET. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than March 24, 2025, at 3:00 PM ET.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by April 1, by 3:00 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on April 8, 2025.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET on Tuesday, April 15, 2025.

Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%.
