Non-Denominational Spiritual Services

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a One (1) year contract to procure Non-Denominational Spiritual Services for the Kingsboro Psychiatric Center located at 681 Clarkson Avenue, Brooklyn NY, 11203, Building 19. 2nd Floor. Details are specified in the Request for Quote (RFQ) and Scope of Work attached.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday April 3, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Request for Quote (RFQ), Listed as: Issuing Office of the RFQ by Thursday, April 10, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, April 17, 2025.

Quote Submission Due Date is Thursday, April 24, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is June 1, 2025 – May 31, 2026.
