General bidders shall be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for the category of Mechanical Systems. General bids shall be accompanied by a DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility for the category, and an Update Statement. Failure to provide a valid DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and an Update Statement will result in the bid being rejected.
