The purpose of this RFR is to solicit responses and engage with one or more well-qualified attorneys licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to act as CHIA hearing officers in Massachusetts. Certain participants in the Massachusetts health care system, including payers and providers, are required by statute to report data and contribute financially to CHIA. CHIA is implementing an improved hearing process to adjudicate disputes related to these statutory requirements.
