Synopsis
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Southwest (SW) District, is seeking bid responses from qualified contractors to remodel the mezzanine - level Conference Room and Office Area, as shown in the attached floor plan. The remodeling will include electrical upgrades, new finishes, safety enhancements, and installation of a drop ceiling system with lighting and electrical components.
The solicitation will be awarded as an 'all or none' basis to the lowest, responsive, qualified bidder, on a firm, fixed pricing, 'low bid' basis, meeting all requirements outlined in this solicitation.
