Travis County Healthcare District D/B/A Central Health is seeking proposals to administer COBRA. The COBRA vendor is expected to receive electronic notice of new enrollees, qualifying events, and terminations from Central Health Human Resources Benefits Department, sends out initial and subsequent notices and COBRA election forms directly to the participant(s), receives COBRA elections and transmits election information and initial and subsequent premiums to Central Health on a monthly basis.
