Central Health desires to partner with a company to provide telephone, chat and e-mail support services for benefit, claims and eligibility questions/issues related to their medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. Proposals should address these areas and their ability to provide employee assistance on each benefit. The benefit support line is required to support employees and their dependents. Central Health is seeking a company with clear escalation policies, knowledge management, service level agreements, data analytics, metrics and extended hours of support. Volume of call support cannot be guaranteed.
