Description

The purpose of this draft SOW is to provide information to the vendor community and allow time to develop appropriate business partnerships in order to meet our needs. While the government will consider comments, please note that they must not be of proprietary nature. The government is not looking for proposed solutions to our need at this time and will NOT accept proposals. Any comments may be considered to inform our final iteration of the SOW as will be contained in the Request for Proposal to be forthcoming.
