TheUniversity invites you to submit a proposal to provide municipal and financialadvisory services. The Financial Advisor is to beresponsible for all duties and services necessary or advisable to facilitatethe issuance of bonds, notes, and commercial paper. Also, the Financial Advisor will beresponsible for advising the System as related to arbitrage issues as well asperforming necessary arbitrage calculations, as well as continuing disclosuremonitoring and submissions. The contractterm will be negotiated with the selected Financial Advisor in accordance withState regulations and System policy.
