RFP (Request for Proposal) to recommend selection of a Construction Manager/General Contractor to the State Building Commission for Research Modernization. The project consists of renovations to modernize existing space in 15 buildings to support research. This includes lab renovations, infrastructure improvements and all related work. There will be a pre-proposal conference on September 23, 2025 at 10:00 am CST. Interested parties need to submit an email request for MS Teams conference call information to mlngfllw@memphis.edu .
