Description:

The Nantucket Islands Land Bank ("Land Bank"), a body politic and corporate and a public instrumentality created pursuant to Chapter 669 of the Acts of 1983, acting by and through its Commission, is requesting proposals from qualified designers, as defined in M.G.L. c. 7C, § 44, for the planning, design, bidding, and construction administration related to the relocation of five dwelling units from Land Bank property at 41 Jefferson Avenue, in Nantucket, MA (“Project”) and the re-construction of two of said dwellings on destination property. The estimated construction budget is $4,500,000.00.

Sealed proposals will be accepted at the Land Bank Office located at 22 Broad Street, Nantucket, MA 02554 up until the deadline of 4:00 PM EST on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
