Description

The objective of this requirement is to provide strategic support for ODASD(ER&O’s) management of utilities and energy programs with particular emphasis on maintaining and monitoring Military Service execution of Utilities Privatization contracts, other energy/utility authorities contracts to include utility commodity rates, recording lessons learned or best practices and developing and implementing metrics for measuring the success of these areas in supporting mission readiness. This includes assisting the Government in developing/revising policy and guidance to address new legislation, executive orders, or concerns discovered through metrics or lessons learned analysis.
