The intent is to award a contract on a sole source basis instead of competititon for Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Web-Based Respirator Questionnaire Tool.
The requirement is to secure continuing services for a nationwide Contractor-Owned/Contractor-Operated (COCO), web-based respirator medical questionnaire and evaluation clearance program tool to support Federal Occupational Health (FOH), a component within the Program Support Center (PSC) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This tool is intended to support the mission of FOH. FOH provides integrated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) services throughout the Federal Government. The work performed under this contract requires the Contractor to maintain and operate a web-based respirator medical questionnaire and evaluation clearance tool that is capable of determining if employees are certified to utilize various respirators in the workplace.
