Zinfandel Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing and Artwalk Project Construction Management

The City of Rancho Cordova, Public Works Department is soliciting request for proposals for construction management services for the Zinfandel Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing and Artwalk Project.

The Zinfandel Bicycle and Pedestrian Overcrossing and Artwalk Project includes a multi-modal path from White Rock Road to Folsom Boulevard and a tied arch overcrossing over U.S. 50.  This includes a grade separated multi-use path from White Rock Road that crosses under Gold Center Drive and US 50 eastbound on-ramp and westbound off-ramp. The project includes an Art Walk with artwork and signage installed along the path. The total construction estimate is $31M with an estimated construction timeline of 18-months.

The consultant or consultant team should have a strong knowledge of the Caltrans civil and structural design procedures, Caltrans LAPM, Caltrans LAPG, Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications, State and Federal regulatory requirements, County of Sacramento and City of Rancho Cordova design & development standards.

The Project has Federal Grant Funding. In accordance with the Interim Final Rule (IFR) published by the US Department of Transportation on September 30, 2025, this solicitation is not subject to DBE requirements.
