Specifications/Special Instructions:
Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of Videography Gear to be delivered to the SIGA Central Office in Saskatoon, SK.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. No substitutes will be accepted.
2. Vendors may bid on multiple items, partial bids accepted, with a preference for supply of all items. Please consider availability of the equipment to ensure timelines are met when providing each quote.
3. All equipment must be new; - refurbished, repackaged, and/or used equipment is not acceptable.
4. Price quoted must be in Canadian Dollars and the prices listed above shall be the total cost to SIGA including all, shipping/freight, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other charges including applicable taxes as itemized in the chart provided.
5. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
6. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
7. Bidders to include volume-pricing discount, as applicable.
8. Standard warranty to be included, unless already specified. Provide warranty information with your bid submission. Provide quote including cost and details for any extended warranty options as an attachment to this form.
9. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
