NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE
CCFM Number: 15M10224RA4700348
The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract for FY24 D28 USMS Gym Paint Project.
The period of performance for this effort will be a one year contract. The total estimated value is approximately $ $4,830.00 and is being awarded to Artisan Construction Enterprises, Inc.
This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(a)for the aforementioned requirement.
The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
