Synopsis:
|
|
The Facilities Management Department (FMD) wishes to engage a qualified mechanical engineering firm to conduct HVAC audits of civic buildings to identify opportunities for asset management improvements.
Additionally, the selected engineering firm will provide owner’s engineering services on an as-needed basis, including design changes to be implemented by operations or through capital projects.
