The City of Hays is accepting online bids for furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to reconstruct Runway 4-22 and runway turnarounds and to reconstruct portion of Taxiway M. Online bids subject to the conditions and provisions presented herein will be received until 2:30 P.M. on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, via online bidding through QuestCDN at www.QuestCDN.com. A virtual reading of the bids is available for all prospective bidders thirty (30) minutes after the bids are due.
