This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research for the execution of APG's Unidirectional Hydrant Flushing and Repair program to locate, inspect, assess, and operate distribution system valves and hydrants, record water usage and water flowed, and create a deliverable GIS format suitable and compatible with APG's current GIS/Database system. Fire hydrants (requiring additional backhoe excavation) work to make them fully operational shall be told to the COR or designee. Minor repairs to valves and/or hydrants may be required which will be repaired/replaced. Work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
