Description

Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements", NAVAIR issued modification P00001 to definitize the Undefintized Contract Action (UCA) delivery order N00019-25-F-0147 awarded 20 December 2024 under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-23-G-0002 to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), a Lockheed Martin company on an other than full and open competition basis. The definitization modification, P00001, resulted in procurement of all VH-92A Performance enhancement Integraction and test and certification planningefforts for VH-92A®Patriot®. Sikorsky is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, expertise, and the necessary proprietary technical data required to perform this effort.
