NR Accessible Pedestrian Signals Upgrades, design accessible pedestrian signals (APS) at 71 intersections in Fairbanks, North Pole, and Nenana Canyon. FAST Fairbanks & North Pole Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and FAST North Pole City Hall and Pioneer Park Plug-Ins, design electrical vehicle charging stations at nine locations located in the Cities of Fairbanks and North Pole.
