TECHNICAL SERVICES TO TROUBLE SHOOT LOAD SHARING ISSUES WITH THE NUMBER 1 SHIPS SERVICE DIESEL GENERATOR. (SSDG)
Background. JAMES has completed a Controlled Parts Exchange with HAMILTON for the EMCP on the 2SSDG. The EMCP is now obsolete and needs to be updated to EMCP 4.2B for they generator to become operational.
- Scope. Caterpillar certified Tech Rep to provide parts and install EMCP4.2B in the #1 SSDG control panel. The Tech Rep will be responsible for the following:
- Providing technical expertise to install all parts and programing to the EMCP in the the SSDG’s local operating panel
- Supply parts and wiring needed for completion
- Test local operation after install to confirm proper operation of the 1SSDG.
- Provide a condition Trip report once completed.
- GFE: NA
- Tasks. The contractor shall provide technical expertise to install EMCP 4.2B in the No. 1 SSDG to normal operation.
- Delivery. Contractor shall provide a final report within 3 days of contract period of performance.
