WCB Cisco Video Endpoint - Stands and Installation Parts

The WCB is requires a quantity of 80 of each of the items below for staged installation of 80 Cisco Video Endpoint Boards statewide.

• AVTEQ U M-1-Adapter - Adapter for U M-1
• AVTEQ Cisco Board Mounting Kit for Cisco Board 55

WCB will purchase some or all of the quantities over a 120-day period, but not necessarily at one time. The Agency requires that the prices be held for 120 days from the date of tentative award.

The parts will be shipped to a third party warehouse location in NJ (Converge One) and will be staged there for installation of new video endpoints by Converge One at the discretion of the Board, based on age and condition of current equipment.

All quotes must include a price per part and a separate total. Pricing should be in US dollars (ex: $150.00). Please note NYS WCB is a tax-exempt organization.

Price must include all customs, duties, and charges and is net, F.O.B. destination as designated by WCB including Inside Delivery.

The Board would like to procure these items as soon as is feasible. Please indicate the date your company could package and deliver these items in your response to this canvass.

Quotes submitted are binding and non-retractable for 120 days. Any agreement resulting from this Ad will be subject to Appendix A, Lobby Law Forms and a Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire (attached).

Bidder whose response represents the lowest cost and best meets the form, function, and utility requirements of this RFQ.
