The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide a Brand Name or Equal TONOMETER to the Tomah VA Medical Center 500 E. Veterans Street Tomah, WI 54660-3105.

Refraction measurement range must be no less than -30.00D TO +25.00D (Spherical) and 0.00D to ±12.00D (cylindrical)
Keratometry measurement range must be no less than 5.00mm to 13.00mm in radius curvature
Intraocular Pressure Range shall be From 7mm to 60mmHg
Axis SHALL BE NO LESS THAN 0° to 180° (1°/5° increments)
Minimum Measurable Pupil Diameter SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 2mm
Radius Curvature Range must be no less than 5.00 to 13.00mm (0.01mm increments)
Corneal Refractive Power shall not be less than 25.96D to 67.50D (n=1.3375), (0.01/0.12/0.25D increments)
Must be able to Auto Track & Automatic Data Capture X-Y-Z direction, Automatic Data Capture
PD Measurable range no less than 30.00mm to 85.00mm (indication increments: 1mm)
Corneal Size (CS) range shall be no less than 8.1mm 14.6mm (indication increments: 0.1mm)
Pupil Size (PS) range shall be no less than 0.8mm 12.1mm (indication increments: 0.1mm)
NON-CONTACT TONOMETER:
Must be able to measure from 1mm Hg to 60mm hg
Working distance no less than 11.0mm
Must include inner fixation light
