This is ONLY a Notice of Intent to issue a Sole Source Award.
This special notice of intent is NOT a request for a competative quotation.
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-West (MRCO-W) intends to issue a sole source award to Elsevier, Inc., located at 3251 Riverport Lane, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 to obtain the continuation of the 68C Course of the Army’s Practical Nursing Specialists certification/licensure.
