Request for Proposals

Lease of Fiske Law Office

The Town of Weston is accepting proposals from qualified proposers to lease the Town-owned building known as the Fiske Law Office and located at 598 Boston Post Road, Weston, Massachusetts, for an initial period of four (4) years, with the tenant having the right to extend the lease for two (2) periods of two (2) years each, for a total possible term of eight (8) years.

Two (2) original copies of each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Town Manager’s Office by:

Responses must be complete and signed and submitted by the above stated closing date and time.   Responses must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the bid number in the lower left-hand corner.   No late submissions will be accepted.

The Town of Weston reserves the right to cancel a request for proposals, or other solicitation, or may reject in whole or in part any and all bids or proposals if it is determined that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the Town.

Proposals must be organized according to the following format, and address each of the points detailed below:

The Proposal must include sections numbered consecutively and each section must be clearly marked by a tab or other divider.

The proposal envelope must be sealed and must indicate on the cover the Proposal Title, the proposer’s name and the date and time of proposal closing
