English Language Program for Embassy Locally Employed Staff
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for language training services at U.S. Embassy Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Your quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Quotation 19UZ8025Q0002 Enclosed" to the Contracting Officer on or before 14:00 PM Tashkent time on December 16, 2024 and must be hand-delivered to the following address:

The pre-bid conference will be held on November 26, 2024 at 14:00 (local time) at U.S. Embassy Tashkent.
Prospective offerors/quoters should contact TashkentProcurement@state.gov for additional information.
The contract performance periods are specified in Section 1 of the solicitation.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The successful offeror(s) will be required to be registered in SAM/CCR through the following site: SAM/CCR www.sam.gov
