CAMBRIDGE HOUSING AUTHORITY – Construction Management Services for Redevelopment of Corcoran Park Phase 1

The Cambridge Housing Authority acting as Owner’s Project Manager for the Cambridge Affordable Housing Corp. (hereinafter, “Owner” or “Awarding Authority”) is requesting proposals for Construction Management Services for Project 1301 Redevelopment of Corcoran Park Phase 1. The Owner intends to award contract for Construction Manager Services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for the above referenced project.
