The intent of these specifications is to describe two new, unused, current models, electrically powered stationary knuckle-boom loaders that are capable of handling the disposal of waste products at the York County Transfer Station with the intention of purchasing a quantity of two (2). This will require the disassembly and removal of the two (2) existing knuckle-boom loader cranes and removing and replacing one (1) existing crane concrete base.
