The Village of Western Springs, Cook County, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed bids for the following: 2026 Overhead Garage Door Repairs RFBÂ

Bids will be received until 10:00 AM. Prevailing Local Time on Thursday, June 25, 2026, by mail or delivered by hand to the drop box located outside the front entrance of Village Hall, Village of Western Springs, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois, 60558-0528 immediately after which time and at such place all bids will be publicly opened.

As evidence of good faith, each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, bank draft or certified check and made payable to the Village of Western Springs, Illinois, in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) or 10% of the bid price, whichever is greater, which shall be submitted to secure the Village against loss occasioned by failure of the bidder to abide by and comply with the terms of his bid.
