Description:
It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to select a Contractor to complete exterior siding renovations to the Historic Myrtle Beach Colored School Museum and Education Center located at 900 Dunbar Street, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Contractor is responsible for all building take-offs, project measurements, and for ensuring work area is clean and safe at all times throughout the term of this contract. Contractor must have a General Contractors License through the State of South Carolina.
