ORS 279B.410 A bidder or proposer may protest the award of a public contract or a notice of intent to award a public contract.

A written protest shall be delivered through OregonBuys or to the following address: City of Ashland, Keanna Khlafallah, Purchasing Specialist, 2245 Ashland St. Ashland, OR 97520. You must call ahead to this location. The seven (7) day protest period will expire on June 18, 2026 at 08:00 AM.
