The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Becton Dickinson & Company, LLC dba BD. Becton Dickinson & Company, BD IV Prep and BD Pyxis MedStation implemented throughout the VISN 23 Health Care System. BD IV Prep and BD Pyxis MedStation system is proprietary and may only be licensed by Becton Dickinson & Company.
The place of performance is for the Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 23 medical facilities. The NAICS code is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,000 Employees, and PSC J065.

Statements are due no later than 721/26 at 10:00 am Central Time. Please indicate Response to IV Prep Pyxi;s Oracle Migtsation in subject line of e-mail. No phone calls please. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required services. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
