Description

Pre-solicitation Notice
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for Physicist Testing Service, for the Eastern Kansas Health Care System VA Medical Center, (Leavenworth, KS and Wichita, KS).
This acquisition shall be 100% set aside for Small Business under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541690. The size standard is $19.0 Million. Vendor must be an authorized distributor and must provide a letter from the manufacturer.
All other details will be included in the Request for Quotation (RFQ), which will be released on July 22, 2025 with a deadline of July 31, 2025 NLT 2:00 PM CST. Questions and quotes shall be submitted via email referencing the solicitation number 36C25525Q0497 Physicist Testing Service in the subject line to paul.dixon@va.gov.
All amendments and any other information pertaining to this solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov.
Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) must be verified in the VIP database (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/). Vendor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. Vendors may access SAM at https://www.sam.gov.
