Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, City of Binghamton, City Hall, Second Floor, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York, 13901, until 10:30am on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 11:00am meeting for the following work:
Webster Street Park Basketball Court
The contract documents and plans may be examined at the Office of the City Engineer, Third Floor, City Hall, 38 Hawley Street, Binghamton, New York 13901. Copies may be obtained upon deposit of $50.00 (check or money order), payable to the City of Binghamton) per set, to be refunded upon return of sets in good condition within 30 days of award of contract.
