Event Description
The South Dakota State Employee Benefits Program offers self-funded Medical Benefits to Active employees and COBRA participants. In addition, we offer an array of flexible benefits which currently include Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Hospital Indemnity, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness, Short Term Disability, Employee Assistance Plan, and a comprehensive Wellness program. We are issuing this RFP for a Benefits Decision Support Tool that leverages claims data to better assist employees. This tool must be available to support our Fiscal Year 2027 Annual Enrollment period, starting on or around April 15, 2026.
