The Township of Cherry Hill intends to make an award of a contract to qualified and reputable auto body shop for the purpose of making timely repairs to Township owned vehicles that have been damaged while in use with the Township.

The contract shall begin on/or about January 1, 2026. Vendor will be advised of exact start date. The term of this contract shall be for a period of one (1) year with one (1) - one (1) year renewal option upon mutual written agreement of Township and vendor.

Special Requirements:

The contractor further agrees to allow for a complete shop inspection, which shall be made and approved before award of the contract, by the appropriate Township officials. All specification requirements unless otherwise specified must be in compliance at the time of the date of the bid opening. Said inspection will also focus on whether OSHA and Fire Marshall’s standards have been met.

The applicant/proposer shall submit 1 original with original signatures marked "ORIGINAL" & should submit 1 complete & exact copy of the original marked "COPY" of his/her proposal & should submit an electronic copy on a flash drive.
