1. Purpose
The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the East Street Utilities.
2. Background
The Work consists of installation of approximately 1,300 LF of 8” water main, approximately 1,350 LF of 8” sanitary sewer gravity main, approximately 400 LF of asphalt pavement, the abandonment of an existing lift station and force main, and associated improvements in the City of Leander.
3. Project Firm and Plans
The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by KSA, 4833 Spicewood Springs Rd. Suite 204, Austin, TX 78759.
