The Air Force Test Center’s Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) anticipates issuing a full and open competitive request for proposal (RFP) for the Facility Exhaust System acquisition for design, procurement and installation of a new test facility exhaust system.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition will be 333248, All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. The Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this acquisition will be 4310, Compressors and Vacuum Pumps
The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about 7 April 2025 with an anticipated proposal due date on or about 22 May 2025. Proposal submissions are required to be conducted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module, https://piee.eb.mil.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
The Government will use https://sam.gov/content/home for disseminating the acquisition documents. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of any other announcements.
Foreign participation:
All offerors shall comply with DFARS 252.225-7048, Export-Controlled Items, 22 CFR Parts 120-130 and 15 CFR Parts 730-774 which apply to this solicitation. U.S. prime contractors desiring to use foreign subcontractors or employ foreign nationals / non-U.S. citizens must comply with DFARS 252.225-7048 and all applicable laws and regulations regarding export-controlled items.
One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
