**The purpose of Amendment 0002 to Solicitation SPRDL1-25-Q-0048 is to remove provisions and clauses in accordance with Defense Pricing, Contracting, and Acquisition Policy (DPCAP) Class Deviation 2025-O0003, Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts, incorporate the deviated clauses listed in Attachment 1 of DPCAP Class Deviation 2025-O0003, and remove clauses in accordance with DPCAP Class Deviation 2025-O0004, Revocation of Executive Order on Sustainability, and incorporate the deviated provisions and clauses listed in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2 of DPCAP Class Deviation 2025-O0004.**
