The Medical Sciences building is a ten-storey concrete structure tower forming part of the larger health sciences complex on the University’s North Campus. This project includes the roofing replacement of the designated upper 10th floor and penthouse roofing sections in a deck up replacement methodology. The existing assembly is a conventionally insulated, 4-ply built-up roofing (BUR) assembly.
