Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Tokyo, Japan, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.



This is a firm-fixed-price contract for the Contractor to supply one dedicated, full-time America 250 Program Coordinator to support Mission Japan with planning, tracking, logistics coordination, stakeholder engagement, documentation, reporting and on-site event support for America 250 programming.



All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.



The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.



The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.



All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective quoters are required to register prior to the submittal of quotations.



This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
