Educational Field Trips

Project Description: The District seeks to enter into a professional services contract with qualified vendors to provide Educational Field Trips at a variety of facilities, which may include, but are not limited to, museums, science centers, zoos, aquariums, and amusement parks. These field trips will offer learning opportunities both during and outside of the regular school day, including intersessions (fall, winter, spring, and summer). Activities such as curriculum-based programs, interactive workshops, guided tours, and speaker sessions should enhance, extend, and enrich the DUSD curriculum and extracurricular programs by offering a diverse range of age-appropriate and educationally focused experiences. The District reserves the right to utilize facilities not included in this contract should scheduling conflicts, program limitations, or capacity constraints arise with the contracted venues.
