Solicitation Summary
Homes for America, Inc. (“HFA”) is a non-profit development organization who is managing member of Homes on the Glen Limited Partnership, Owner of Homes at the Glen (“HATG”, or the “Project”). HATG consists of a total of 56 townhomes located on Juliana Drive in Annapolis, Maryland. Thirty-four of the townhomes are rental homes owned by Homes on the Glen Limited Partnership. HFA is seeking proposals from qualified home improvement contractors to undertake flooring replacements in up to thirty-two (32) townhomes.

Pre-Bid Conference Details
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, at 12:00p.m., at the Homes at the Glen Community Center located at 73 Juliana Circle, Annapolis, MD 21401. The purpose of this meeting is to provide prospective responders with the opportunity to clarify any questions they may have regarding the project and to tour a sample of units. All potential responders are requested to attend this meeting; however, attendance is not a requirement for submitting a proposal.
