Shore Acres Resiliency Infrastructure Project (Connecticut Ave & Vicinity SDI) (Project No. 22033-110)

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking the services of a qualified construction management firm interested in providing construction management services for the Shore Acres Resiliency Infrastructure Project (Connecticut Ave NE & Vicinity SDI) located near the intersection of Bayshore Boulevard NE and Connecticut Avenue NE in St Petersburg, Florida.

The project aims to improve stormwater conveyance capacity in the vicinity of Connecticut Avenue NE to mitigate recurrent flooding. Key elements include the construction of a stormwater pump station and outfall, installation of box culverts, abandonment of existing infrastructure, and roadway elevation adjustments. The construction manager should have experience in constructing stormwater pump stations, box culverts, and elevation adjustments to combat recurrent flooding.
