MR-317-260-003A Dietary HVAC Equipment Replacement at Holly Center Re-bid

This Project will take place at the Maryland Department of Health, Holly Center, located at 926 Snow Hill Road, Salisbury, MD 21804. This will be a design-build. The contractors will be responsible for making sure that all replacement parts and requirements are met in order to complete this project. The project's goal is to address all the HVAC issues related to the dietary area, which is in the administration building. The contractors are required to visit the job site, take his/her own measurements, and examine the conditions under which work must be performed. The contractor shall provide all construction permits, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, testing, and instrumentation required to complete this project successfully.
