THIS IS A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting in support of Military Sealift Command (MSC), is negotiating for a firm fixed price supply type contract to provide OEM Evoqua Water Technologies Chloropac material. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 05/08/25 with a closing date of 05/16/25. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. This solicitation and any subsuquent amendments will be posted on sam.gov website https://sam.gov/content/home
Interested person may identity their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determiming whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy ot the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the sam.gov website.
